Domaine Yoyo, Languedoc-Roussillon

La Cabane, Hong Kong

Yoyo, a French winemaking estate has 4 hectares of vines spread over 7 parcels on the slopes of Banyuls. Laurence Manya Krief and her partner Jean-Francois Nicq, owners of the domain, are strong believers in organic viticulture, and have been working according to biological viticulture methods since 2005 and became organic certified in 2008.
